I use this for my 1911 3.5 barrel .45 acp. Be sure use a good gun belt, even wearing a t-shirt you gun will not show any imprint. It would be better to extend body side of the holster to protect your body/skin. I have no hesitation at all to recommend this holster provided you take the right one for your pistol.
