Being an old guy set in my ways as far as water purification has served me well for years. BUT , recently a buddy showed me his Grayl Ultra Press that he has been using. I liked it so much I had to have one. I bought mine and have added it to my outdoors kit. It works tremendously and I like that the filter portion can be replaced (I think they last quite a while) adding to reliability. I heartily urge people to pick one up for each member of your family before you head into the woods.
