Gregory baltoro 75 backpack - Gregory Baltoro 75L Backpack

I shopped around at local retailers looking for a backpack and was comparing styles, sizes and prices. An email popped up and notified me this exact same backpack that I was comparing was available and on sale at a discounted price. I was at first skeptical about ordering it online, however all the checks and balances were in order and an expected delivery date was provided. I placed the order and immediately received a confirmation number and stated I would be receiving shipping information when ready to ship. The entire process worked flawlessly, except for being notified of the tracking number and shipping. Every time I clicked on track my order it stated no tracking available. On 12-27 I sent an email asking about the tracking with my tracking number. Later that day the package arrived via UPS and was exactly what I ordered and was in great condition and packaged very well. No issues with this company on delivering what they say, just could improve on the tracking. Thank you!
