Customer service lacking - Grey Birch MFG La Chassis TKD Complete Chassis System

This is a very expensive chassis that cost me as much as my original 10/22 TKD. With that said mine arrived with a loose fitting stock that couldn't be adjusted. I contacted Grey Birch and they responded quickly and admitted they had an issue with fitment tolerance with my batch of chassis. They said they would fix my issue and send me a new stock as soon as possible. That was about 3 months ago and every time I contact them now zero response. This thing is nice but for this type of money it should be close to perfect and it wiggles every time you shoot. Do yourself a favor and SAVE money and buy any of the other options which will still be nice probably cheaper and work better.
