Legacy Reviewer's Review of Gun Video DVD - Gunshot Wound - First Aid X0562D
A good overview of the basics encountered from shootings, and even some related injuries which might be encountered. I believe every shooter should have this knowledge, even if only for themselves in the event of an accident.
What was lacking, though, was a discussion or presentation on the use of hemostatic/coagulation agents such as QuikClot and its competitors, infused bandages, etc. These seem like such an important advance in the types of injuries addressed that I was surprised by the complete lack of even mentioning them. One other feature I'd have liked would have been a discussion about putting together a kit. He seemed to just pull endless supplies from his various kits, but never goes so far as to suggest a list of recommended items.
Pros: Good fundamental information
Cons: Missing information and detail about newer resources
