Broke on first use - Gunslick Universal Roll-Up Cleaning Kit - 46209

On using the kit for the FIRST time, a piece broke and caused me to cut my hand open. I took a step back and said ok... part was made of plastic... it happens... i may have been trying to insert the rod in crooked. After I bandaged up my hand, I decided to use the barrel brush. On the third pull the brush came loose from its mount and is now stuck in my barrel... rendering my rifle useless. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of this product. How can they sell something that breaks almost immediately out of the box?
