The lever bent after assembly during normal test operation. The lever needs to be made of a metal that's just as hard or solid as a MILSPEC bolt catch. It's not. It's made of a soft aluminum alloy perhaps similar to an AR-15 receiver if not softer. There's a reason AR-15 bolt catches are steel. I have a weak right hand from an injury compounded by surgery. I SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BEND THIS ITEM TESTING IT WITH JUST MY INDEX FINGER. THIS ITEM WILL NOT WORK IN A COMPETITION OR DEFENSE SITUATION. YOU WILL BEND IT. This item is being returned for a refund.
