Upper is darker flat blue, handguard is what I would expect to be called anodized blue. They look like they come from 2 different manufacturers. I read a review about the same issue with the green ones. Oh well. At least optics planet is great at dealing with returns.
Pros:
- Quality seems good, arrived quickly
Cons:
- Sold as a set, same manufacturer, 2 different shades of blue
Best Used for:
- returning
- Impressing a colorblind friend
