AR-15 Builder's Review of Guntec USA AR .308 Muzzle Comp w/QD Blast Shield

I took my new build to the range using this linear compensator and I have to say that I will never use an A2 flash hider again. This muzzle device directs the blast and heat from the flash away from your face, improving your ability to maintain target engagement. I highly recommend this product.
Pros:
  • Keeps the muzzle blast away from your face and reduces muzzle climb.
Cons:
  • Requires antiseize or you will never be able to separate the outer sleeve from the muzzle device.
Best Used for:
  • AR-15 pistols
