J's Review of GunVault Microvault Portable Pistol Safe
This box is well constructed and works as described. Very happy with performance.
Just be sure to use an Energizer or Duracell 5 year warranty 9 volt.
I used an off brand and it all lit up and beeped but would not accept my learning code to set a combination. But it appeared to be working correctly otherwise.
I called customer service and they said to put in an Energizer or Duracell and then call them back if it does not work. I was skeptical since everything seemed to work...but they were right. As soon as I switched, it learned my code and I have been very happy ever since.
