Customer service - Gunwerks G7 BR2500 Ballistic Rangefinder

I really got into long range shooting last year. Bought the BR2 from Gunwerks and got my Lapua dialed in. Winter came and waterfowl was in so the gun and Range finder got put away. Got the BR2 out few days ago and nothing would come on. New battery and nothing. Emailed Travis and sent it back. He received it and said with hunting being so close he would be sending a new one. Hard to Find customer service under a warranty product like this. I know I will be sending all my friends and family to buy from these guys if this is how they run there business.

Thanks you guys for taking care of your customers that goes a long ways now days.
