If you’re a 46” waist this will probably work ok, I’m a 48” and it’s too snug, fits well in the belly chest and legs but not in the hips. I’m now typing more to get the character requirements up. Still going, not sure why the site wants a novel, for me it’s either “it’s great buy it” or “it’s not great abs here’s why”
