Feet still hurt a month in - HAIX Black Eagle Safety 55 Mid, Side-Zip, Womens Boots

At first the top part by the sides of the toes hurt, that broke in a bit after 2 weeks but still hurts . I have an average not wide foot, female, size 9 boot. My foot feels a little lost in the boot By the toes and my feet hurt instantly when I put them on. I work 12 hour shifts in EMS in a busy city. I'm currently searching for insoles, but after spending the money on these boots I would've thought I wouldn't have to needed to spend more. I tried on the Reebok work boot this week and the comfort was amazing, I feel like I wasted money on these.
