fast shipping, O/P customer service great-- product description lists nylon in one place and polyester (supplied) in another. Questionable instruction to drill "3/16 hole 5" deep for eyebolt"--seems too small, where can you find a 3/16 wood bit 6" long? May require longer chain depending on ceiling height,otherwise easy to set up and adjust.
Pros: very comfortable, easy to set up
