Installed on an AR-9, 275 rounds later it still holds true. Easy to find ambidextrous on/off, just read the bit about switching between steady and non-steady modes. Small, lightweight, no need to replace batteries. Eighteen month warranty.
On to charging:
Know that some USB-Cs will not work. Apple charge cords will not work. Use the cord the laser came with. When it is charging, a blue LED on the unit comes on. Made in China, but it seems reliable.
