Failed rather quickly - Hawk Gazer LG-9T Green Laser Sights

Received 37 days ago, less than 50 rounds fired since it was placed on the gun, and after getting it zeroed with my home defense ammo today, charged it today to make sure it was ready to go when I need it, and now if it isn't plugged to the charger, it comes on and shuts right back off. If its plugged in, it stays on, but won't otherwise. No charging indicator to know when/if battery is charged either.
