worth the extra money
great range on the green laser. daytime-visible unless in every condition except bright and direct sunlight.
flashlight on mine looks identical to the picture but mine is LED, not Xenon. puts out a smooth clean pinkish beam about halfway between spot and flood. Its very bright out to about 30 yards.
mounting bracket is aluminum, not steel. It does attach fairly solid to the scope tube, but I wouldnt trust it to keep the laser on zero with high-recoil, centerfire rifles.
all included parts are black anodized and seem to be of high quality.
*be sure to remove the plastic protective cap on the laser lens before using. otherwise, the beam will be fuzzy past about ten feet.
