After some research, I discovered Hawke was mostly an air-gun scope maker, trying to break into the "real gun" market. I was skeptical of this scope, but I gotta say,..I love it. I can't speak to how it tracks, because with this reticle, it doesn't matter. I have mine on a custom marlin 17hmr. The subtensions are dead on for Hornady Vmax 17grain. I've shot out to 400 yards, at varying ranges from 100-150-175-200-etc... and this thing works great.
If you go on the Hawke sight, you can get a 4" sunshade and I even got the honeycomb filter for this scope! My 17 looks like a little mini sniper trainer lol!
Parallex adjusts well, focus as it should. Seems well made and durable, doesn't have that "cheap" feel. Feels like a soild piece of kit.
