I am frustrated because I wanted to mount an optic to my wife’s VP9. First, there are only two plates available, the most uncommon ones. So I decided to buy a combination of plate #1 and a sight that advertised fit for The Meopta iii footprint so I settled on a TruGlo TG8100g. The plate mounted up fine. The footprint of the sight fits the plate just fine. But the screws provided by TruGlo don’t fit the holes in the hk plate. The frustrating thing is that neither HK, nor TruGlo advertise what size screws are needed for optic plate #1 so I can just buy them. Truglo’s “contact us” link is broken, and I can’t even find HK’s it should not be this hard to air up two rosy cuts that advertise as fitting together.

- it doesnt sit very low on the gun
- doesnt come with screws for mounting the optic also doesnt tell tou what size screws to use

- i cant use it for anything unti i figure out the screw size
