Trigger is crisp -I'm using 2.5lb springs. It was easy enough to install - I did it myself. I've been running this in as BCM AR-15 for about 3 years now. The flat shoe helps me pull the trigger properly. Everyone that shoots my AR comments on how great it shoots. I would highly recommend.
Pros:
- Shoe looks awesome - consistent 2.5lb pressure, crisp break and reset. Lena Miculek uses and is sponsored by it
Cons:
- probably a tad more difficult to install than a drop in. It's spendy - but you get what you pay for.
