Description says trijicon front sight. Mine came with phosphorus glow in the dark. Optics planet you need to get description done right. That said works as intended. Disappointed in front sight.

H&K VP9 Optics Ready slide

This was a perfect fit and way better than sending the original slide out for machining. The suppresser sights are nice and very easy to pickup in the event optic fails. If you have a VP9 that isn’t originally setup for optics this is a great option and highly recommend. Then only downside is having to purchase the adapter plate separately for an additional $80 would be nice to get a package deal.

H&K VP9 Optics cut slide

This slide comes complete with suppressor height sights ready for co-witnessing with a red dot. It slipped right onto the existing VP9 frame without a hitch. But then H&K never dissapoints. The front sight has a bright phosphorescent center. Although I purchased the slide to permit mounting a red dot more easily, the suppressor height sights seem to offer a better sight picture for my old eyes. A great improvement to my VP9!

HK VP9 OR SLIDE

My only complaint is front sight isn't tritium it's fiber optic. The bright green shows up great in lighted environments but definitely needs to be charged to be seen at night, otherwise an excellent product as stated in the other reviews.

  • Excellent quality, suppressor height sights for cowitness
Cons:
  • Cost...it's HK so it'll be pricey.
Best Used for:
  • If you plan on using an optic.

great slide

The fit and finish on this slide is top notch, no complaints there. The slide was assembled on my factory frame and it well compatible. However, I’m not so sure about suppressor sights but I’ll see how that works out after I install my RDS.

perfect fit

I ordered the vp9 with the optic ready slide but when it arrived it was not optic ready. when I asked the company to return the gun for the one I wanted they told me I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee to exchange the gun. so I told them I'd just keep it. I saw your ad for an optic ready slide and since I had already purchased the optic and had the proper plate I ordered the slide. when it arrived I took off the top plate and put on the optic and plate and it fit with no surprises. I put the slide on the lower and it worked as if it had been made for that gun. the slide was fully assembled (I used my barrel and return spring) with tall sights it allowed me to use the iron sights with the optic. I have nothing but praise for the slide it made my vp9 exactly as I wanted it yes this was a great purchase.

  • I havent found any yet.
Best Used for:
  • optic placement on the slide
