I'm 6'4" with large hands. It's nearly impossible for me to have a positive grip on a pocket pistol, but the Hogue grip made a huge improvement on my ability to hold the pistol. Also, the grip absorbs quite a bit of the shock from the little pistol. I just shot 100 rounds in a row without discomfort. Ten rounds were uncomfortable without the Hogue grip.
Pros: Significantly improved gripping on my pocket pistol
