These Hogue stocks are great light weight replacements for nice wood stocks that you don't want to ruin in the field. The overmolded rubber provides a great comfortable no-glare grip that is ambidextrous, right or left handed. The rigid internal skeleton has tubular aluminum pillars cast in that provide a non compressible stock screw connection from floorplate to action. The stock is easily modified in the pillar areas to allow epoxy bedding (DEVCON steel putty recommended) along with a free floating barrel channel for improved accuracy.
