Hogue makes a good overmolded stock - Hogue Mossberg 500 OverMolded Shotgun Stock Kit with Forend

I have several other Hogue rifle stocks one on a 308, one on a 243, and one on a 22. All have worked out well. I got this one to go on a Mossberg 835. The forend is a little shorter than the original and required a little modification. Should work fine on a model 500.
