Great Stock
I was hesitant buying a stock that I had never held or seen, so I purchased it solely on my experiences with Hogue's other products (nearly all of my pistols wear Hogue grips). Hogue's Mini 14 stock is everything I'd hoped/expected it would be- an excellent product. My mid-90's Mini 14 was an easy drop in fit. The gun feels great in it, vastly superior to any other stock I've used (wood, folding, and ATI). My grip on the gun is comfortable, consistent, and accurate. The Hogue ranch rifle stock fit perfectly to my Mini 14. Very east to install.

Hogue products never let me down
Great fit for my 196 serial mini-14. I purchased the Hogue stock because I wanted it black which added a better appearance with a stabilizer and flash hider. It is very rubberized and does collect lint but can easily be wiped off.

Great aftermarket addition
I have bought several Mini-14's, Some with the wood stock, and some with the fiberglass. I find the fit and feel of this rubber stock superior to bought stock stocks.
With the Hogue over-molded rubber stock the grip is very positive and remains so in wet, muddy, and mucky environments.

Ruger Mini 14 Hogue rifle stock
Purchased this for my Ruger mini 14, very happy with stock feel and grip of stock is better than the original. Very easy to install and it was perfect for my needs saw many positive reviews which helped make my decision.

Great Stock, but buyer beware...
I have a series 582-XXXXX Mini-14, to which I attached this over-molded stock.
Love the stock, it feels great and is of good quality. One thing I found: I could not fully insert Ruger 10-rd magazines. I could, however, insert non-Ruger 10-rd magazines. I called Hogue about this. They were very helpful, and said this is a known issue.
So, I have 3 $30 mags I can't use, but I really like the Hogue stock.

Hogue Overmold Rifle Stock - Ruger Mini14/30, Post 180 Serial Numbers - 78000
At first it was confusing because a metal magazine well guide part gets left out when assembling the new stock in place of the OEM one. Followed the directions though and it works great. Magazine seems it might even insert a little easier than with the OEM design. Great product!

Hogue mini14 stock for 188 serial number
Very good fit finish and look for 188 serial number stainless Ruger Mini-14 Ranch Rifle. I wish the stock itself was a bit longer but overall is an excellent replacement for oem wood stock.

Hogue Mini14 stock
The standard stock was ugly and cheap back when I bought this gun, and wasn't helped by years of carrying in the pickup. Looks and feels great and the addition to LOP helps too.

Hogue Mini 14 rifle stock
My appreciation for the quality of other Hogue products I have purchased over the years, prompted me to take a chance in purchasing this stock without first having tried it. The more than reasonable price was also an incentive. I can say that I was not disappointed. Installation was simple and straightforward. I have had opportunity to fire approx. 150 rounds through my mini 14 since changing over to this stock and am very pleased with the feel and length of pull. I am also sure that with time I will come to appreciate the durability of this stock compared to the wooden one I previously had. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their rifle
