What is hogue thinking. - Hogue Picatinny Cuff Rail and Swivel Stud Attachment For Two Inch Free Float AR Forend 15080

I didn't buy this from Optics Planet. I bought it from Midway. Sent it back the same day. Didn't fit properly. I'm totally perplexed on what Hogue was thinking. How do they justify making such an excellent handguard and then such a poorly designed accessory that costs almost twice as much as the handguard? If this thing fit correctly, it should have cost maybe $40-50 tops. Use one of the many better and cheaper options instead. Send Hogue feedback on this item. I can't believe they haven't redesigned and slashed price on this product flop. By the way, Optics Planet is the best though.
