Was very skeptical of aluminum grips, wasn't sure how they would feel as i'm used to plastic, wood and rubber. I was surprised at how good they felt and how great the traction of my hand on the gun was. The best part for me was that these grips were a bit smaller than the factory Sig P226 plastic grips. The Sig P226 is large and I have a smaller hand. These grips allowed me to get a better grasp with more wrap around on the gun handle. I absolutely love my P226 but the large grip made the gun not the best fit for me and my hand. These grips fixed that frustration and now it's absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this product if you are struggling with a large P226 grip.
