Meets expectations - Hogue Trooper Mk III Handgun Grip Kingwood Top Finger Groove Stripe/Cap Checkered 42641

I was hoping I would get good wood and the grip would be high quality. I did / it was. The grain was spectactular and mirrored left to right: perfect and beautiful. The pieces were laminated perfectly. I did have to carefully work for an hour with a flat bastard file to open up the channel at the bottom. I left it slightly snug but not so tight it might crack in the future. I waited 8 wks and wasn't about to send it back for another 8. I didn't want to risk it coming back too loose either.
