Gold reticle did not help with my stigmatism - Holosun ARO-EVO 1x26mm Reflex Red Dot Sight

I guess for me, the Gold Dot doesn't work well with my astigmatism. The dot appears more smeared ("comet-like") because of my condition, and the actual dot is harder to distinguish within the smearing. I was hopeful after watching some videos of Holosun Reps and reviewers mentioned Gold "should" help with astigmatism better than the other colors. Green so far is the better color that helps against the affects of astigmatism for me. Also, I took the Sight outdoors and it appears to me that this color seems to be less visible (contrast) against different Terrain (compared to Red or Green), still visible of course, but not as predominant as the Red or Green Dots. Form , Fit and Function is great Holosun quality as usual in consideration of pricepoint.
