Holosun compact laser sight - impressed - well built - Holosun Compact Laser Sight

I was slightly skeptical about purchasing this sight but upon receiving it today, I am very pleased and feel I made a good purchase. I was looking for a quality laser but did not want to spend $800 - 1200 but felt the sub $100 lasers would not meet my expectations. I was not looking for an IR + light, just a quality green laser, I think I found it.

It comes nicely packed in a padded Pelican type case which is also quality, not a Pelican but pretty darn good. It is well machined and solidly built. On/Off is continuous or momentary wight he option of a remote. The remote is also quality, but I will say that the wire is a bit long 14" but nothing that a a little cable management won't fix. The QD is what I would call medium duty but I have no doubt it will be durable, just not American Defense or Larue durable. The mount is detachable via 4 screws and I am sure, with a little modification, that other mounts could be affixed.

I look forward to more Holosun products in the future. The are a good company with attentive customer service, quality products at good prices.
