Great small red dot - Holosun HS407C-V2 Red Dot Sight

I picked up this optic for a 5.5" AR9 build Im working on. Very pleased with it. Dot is small and crisp. Solar/ automatic mode works great and is plenty bright with regular indoor lights or sunlight. I prefer manual mode though just because I can set it on my prefered brightness and it will stay there. If you plan to use this as your primary optic on an AR, definitely buy a riser. Probably common sense to most, but on an AR it just sits too low to use comfortably. No fault of the optic, just something I didn't realise until after I got it.
