My wife grew up shooting using iron sights and resisted the red-dot optics for the longest time. She took an 8 hour class using red-dots and is now a convert.
During a range session, her battery tray fell out and was lost forever. She called Holosun on a Saturday afternoon. A live human picked up and sent her the battery tray replacement for free along with a small tube of Loctite within 2 days! Customer service doesn't get better than that anywhere!
