One piece of bubble wrap is NOT sufficient when you put a small box of 100 bullets inside a 5" x 7" x 10" box... It provides NO protection at all. You need to pack these bullets so they don't move around in the box. Stuff it tight. After transit, the bubble wrap had no bubbles anymore because the bullets have busted all the bubbles. At some point, things are going to get damaged if you don't think through your packing techniques.
