David's Review of Hornady HAP Pistol Bullets, 9mm, .355, 115 Grain, Hollow Point
Great bullets , weights are very consistent. They are easy to load and very accurate. Optics Planet always ship fast when items are in
stock . I have not done any expansion tests yet as I don't use them for that purpose. I use XTPs for hollow point applications.
