Form follows function - Hornady Custom .243 Winchester 87 Grain V-MAX Centerfire Rifle Ammunition

Purchased a new .243 rifle and was having some difficulty in getting it to group well. A friend recommended that since it has a 1:8 twist to forget about going lighter and faster to go heavier and slower and he was right. All of sudden I’m absolutely drilling with this ammo. Also it was on sale plus I had a bunch of points so that really brought the price way down. And last but not least it’s been devastating on them dogs here in SD.
