A great at home ready safe - Hornady Rapid Safe Night Guard

I bought this for my wife's 30th birthday after she wanted a safe type storage to conceal her personal firearm in the house while I'm away at work. It had to be quick to access, fairly discrete and prevent unauthorized access. I saw the hornady rapid safe night guard and decided to give it a try. I was a little dubious of the safe after seeing many other stamped sheet metal gun safes. After receiving it I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is much more discrete looking in person. It came with everything i could ask for, It has several rfid tags, has tubular keys, has backup batteries and can be programmed with a code and a braided steel cable that be used to tie the safe down. After programming the rfids which required reading the instructions several times, I tested the system and found that it opens itself quite smoothly and allows the user immediate access to the firearm. The digital clock, usb charging ports and backup battery makes it a very convincing clock.
