Above and beyond great customer service! - Hughes Ballistics 5.56 AR-15 PrimusTM Profile Barrel

As yet I have not installed this 16 inch barrel, because due to a minor but essential flaw in the barrel I received, I decided to return it. OpticsPlanet would have accepted it, but I decided to consult the manufacturer to find out if I was doing something wrong. I spoke with John at Hughes Ballistics, and it became obvious he was very concerned about my level of customer satisfaction, and with no question immediately offered and sent me a new barrel that is absolutely perfect. I have to commend John at Hughes Ballistics on their fantastic customer service! So I can't comment on the quality of the barrel yet except to say it really does live up to the claims regarding weight! I took it to my local gun shop and hefted it in my left hand while hefting a 16 inch carbon graphite barrel ($700) in my right hand, and couldn't feel any weight difference between the two.

So far this seems to be a great barrel, and Hughes Ballistics seems to be FANTASTIC in their desire to please their customers! For that reason alone, I enthusiastically gave them 5 stars!
