The fit on the shafts and bushings that adjoining the two halves is very sloppy, this is far from a persision tool. I see why it was priced so cheap. I will probably end up machining new bushing to make it useable.
Pros:
- Cheap price. Get what you pay for.
Cons:
- Sloppy fits, not precisely made
