Insight tech m3x - EOTech M3X Tactical Illuminator Long Gun / Pistol Weapon Mounted Flashlight

When my military unit received the latest M4 SOPMOD upgrade kits, they contained tan Insight Tech M3X weapons lights. I'd been looking for a weapons light that had a disable switch to prevent white light AD's and the M3X military kit had just what I wanted, so I purchased three for my personnal rifles. I was a loyal customer of another weapons light manufacturer, but the M3X is more compact, has better features and just plain makes the other manufacturers lights look old fashioned. I searched the internet and found the model I wanted and Optics Planet had the best price. While still expensive, I believe it's the best weapons light on the market and obviously so does the U.S. Army Special Operations Command or they wouldn't issue it with the new M4 upgrade kit.
Pros: Compact, disable switch
Cons: Difficult to open battery cover
