Sturdy but hits ankle in a bad spot - Irish Setter Gunflint II 2813 Boots - Men's

I was excited to get these and immediately started wearing them to make sure they will be as comfortable as they look for a hunt coming up in a few weeks. Unfortunately, two problems: (1) like another reviewer, I found them very hard to get on, as the tongue is sewed up so high; (2) the spot where the tongue joins the boot upper then creates a knot which hits me right on the ankle bone. With only a few hours, and not even much walking, I was looking for the blister.
Sorry, I am returning these.
