This watch is beautifully crafted. Absolutely perfect craftsmanship.
The design itself is from a very famous Japanese designer not some huge company. So, attention to detail is there on every level.
Simple, clean and modern, not for working on your car, diving in the ocean or playing in the mud. It's really more for high class events where a shiny steel sports watch would be considered tacky.
FYI: The more formal the event, the less your watch is supposed call too much attention to itself. So your fake Gold Rolex is out.
The movement is made by Seiko. That may not sound like much but keep in mind they invented the quartz movement and it is more accurate then high end mechanical watches that cost thousands of dollars. Unlike Chinese watches, Japanese made movements are well regarded as the best quartz watch movements you can buy.
The leather band is super high quality smooth, not textured with shape tailored edges. High quality butterfly clasp on the back as well.
I am very happy with this watch. I own about 25 watches and I would say it's in the top 3.
