Would not fit over the buffer tube threads - JE Machine Tech A2 End Plate with Sling Adapter

Good Afternoon.

I went to place the Adapter End Plate over the buffer tube threaded end, to eventually reconnect the buffer tube assembly. I tried thinking that the tolerances maybe a little tighter.

When it still wouldn't fit, I lined it up with the buffer tube threaded end. It was definitely smaller.

Eventually I went with the original Adapter End Plate, and reassembled the buffer tube and it's components, to mount it to the lower.

I wasn't going to say anything, because it would not have been worth the time and effort to send it back. But since the survey showed up, I figured I'd update you so you could look into it, so that this doesn't happen to someone else.
