It is an amazing upper! The product photo doesn't quite match up but that's alright(muzzle device extends the look of the barrel about 3 inches beyond the handguard). Everything is machined so well and the finish has a unique texture that I love. I ended up calling Jacob Grey firearms and ordering the matching lower receiver. Might just ended up buying another
