Big let down - Jacob Grey Firearms Ultralight 5.56 NATO Complete Upper Assembly

from day 1 I've had issues with the 13 inch. 1. gas coming out the muzzle due to the muzzle having ports inside the hand guard, flood the handguard with gas pushing it back to the shooters face; every shot feels super hot on your forward hand. 2nd issue was im assuming a factory defect, as the bolt carrier had cracking coming off the top screws of the carrier; I'm assuming from overtightening during manufacturing. These issues were all noticed with the first 15 rounds i put through the upper. For the money spent we should be getting at the very least a mid level product. In trouble shooting the issues, I've replaced the barrel, for a longer barrel as well as the gas block and tube, and the bolt carrier.
