American Arms on Youtube's Review of JMac Customs 360 14-1LH Muzzle Brake w/ Bravo Suppressor Mount

I purchased the Jmac RRD-360HD-14F-X37 so that I could mount my SiCo Scythe Ti to my Zastava M77-PS. I have had only one Jmac product prior to this muzzle device and it was very high quality. This product is not different. Excellent fit and finish, turned down tight on my firearm’s muzzle, and mounted the suppressor concentric to the mount and face of the muzzle. While this device is relatively higher prices than many 14-1LH options and adapters that accommodate suppressor mounting, I believe it is well worth it for peace of mind that you will receive a high quality product and one that will be the most concentric possible to prevent baffle strikes. One small negative that I would make note of is that the HD HUB/Bravo (X37) version of this device, the exact one I am reviewing, is listed as a self-timing device. While this is true, if one of the three blast ports lands on the bottom instead of the top, you may notice a little more muzzle climb than expected. The ports not orienting at the 4, 6, and 12 o’clock positions would be ideal, but if it bothers you it would make sense to grab a pack of facemount shims from Jmac as well. If you are solely using this device as a suppressor mount, it’s a non-issue.
Pros:
  • Excellent design
  • Excellent, High Quality Fit & Finnish
  • facemount means highest chance of concentricity to bore on 14-1LH threaded muzzles
Cons:
  • Not truly self-timing, shims may be needed to align ports as desired
Best Used for:
  • Suppressor hosting on 14-1LH threaded rifles
