Everyone touts these for reducing scratchy sound in the ear over a standard buffer and spring but the real benefit is recoil reduction, making the rifles shoot flat. These really smooth out the action, I have converted all my 5.56, 300 BO, 7.62x39 AR’s to these. Combine this with a geissele trigger and a good muzzle brake and/or a low back pressure suppressor and you won’t believe how much more fun your rifles are to shoot.
