Steven Gibson's Review of Katadyn 1.0L BeFree AC Filter
This the double wall flask and still rolls up pretty small. I like the reusable lid with silicone spout/seal and metal hinge pin. The belt clip and and use of a charcoal filter is a nice option. Now that I own this newer style, the replacement primary filter is slightly less to purchase.
Pros:
- Nice spout and cap. Belt clip. Charcoal option.
- lightweight, fastflow
Cons:
- Price?
Best Used for:
- hiking, store in backpack empty, will make creek water safe and clear
