Nearly ruined receiver - Kaw Valley Precision Anti-Walk Pin Kit

These didn't flush fit on a milspec receiver, had a little play left and right. The worst part is I didn't realize they were going to become a permanent part of my rifle. The provided allen wrenches stripped before I could get it to the recommended 8lb spec, which then immediately stripped the screw heads. I applied removable locktite and then needed to take the FCG back out only for the screw heads to strip even further when I tried to remove the pins. I ended up having to Dremel cut slots into the screw heads to get flathead screw drivers on them to remove them (the receiver made it out with only one minor scratch). Even then the metal on the screw heads was so soft that the flatheads deformed them. Would give this 0 stars if I could.
