Not tungsten weights, tungsten powder instead with steel weights - Kaw Valley Precision Heavy Tungsten Carbine Buffers

After receiving and noticed my buffer roll pin was loose it came out, so i popped off the rubber end to look at the tungsten weight's, and then grey powder fell out everywhere... Put as much back in as possible, but then weighed it and ended up with only a 3.8oz buffer after paying for an H2 4.3oz buffer. Going to contact KVP and hopefully will be able to get a replacement.
