Lennie's Review of Kershaw 9in Curved Fillet Kitchen Knife by Kershaw Originals
This is a great knife for filleting king salmon or similar fish. Blade is curve at a perfect angle. Super sharp. Great handle. Good steel blade. Blade is way to sharpen. Kershaw make awesome knives and I own many of their knives.
